About

TODAY. Fitness Store is the supplement and apparel shop attached to Today Fitness, a performance, wellness and longevity gym on Woodville Road in Villawood, South-West Sydney.

We are not a warehouse and we are not a marketplace. Everything listed here is stocked on the shop floor of a working gym, chosen by the coaches who train people in it, and sold at the same price to members and to anyone who walks in off the street or orders online.

What we stock, and why

The range is deliberately short. We carry protein, creatine, pre-workout, energy gels and hydration from Emrald Labs, Faction Labs, FUELR, EHPlabs, Zombie Labs, Switch Nutrition and Pillar Performance — brands our coaches use themselves and are willing to put their name to.

If something does not earn its place, we do not stock it. That is the whole filter. It means you will find fewer options here than on a national supplement site, and it means the person handing you the tub can tell you why it is the one on the shelf.

Everything we sell is a formulated supplementary sports food or a general food product. We talk about performance and recovery, not treatment — if you have a health question, that is a conversation for your GP, not a label.

Try it before you commit to it

A 900g tub is a real amount of money to spend on a flavour you have not tasted. Our $5 sample sachets exist so you do not have to. Single serves of whey, pre-workout, protein water and hydration — find the one you actually like, then buy the size that lasts.

TDY. — our own label

TDY. is an abbreviation of TODAY. Fitness. It is our own training apparel line: 3M reflective tees and jackets, Foundation basics, and drop pieces designed in Sydney and built for training and everything after it. Collect it in an hour, or have it shipped

Order online and pick it up from the Villawood store, usually within the hour during staffed times — no waiting on a courier for a tub of creatine you need tomorrow morning. If you are further out, we ship Australia-wide.

Being one shop with one door is the point. We are not trying to out-scale the national chains. We are trying to be the store where someone who trains in South-West Sydney can get the right thing, today, from a person who knows what they are training for.
